Wet N Wild Trio in Camera Obscura

Hey girls, today I have a review on the new Wet N Wild Trio in Camera Obscura. This trio is part of the new Fall 2013 collection, which the collection is called Be A Runway Beauty. I am such a sucker for these trios whenever Wet N Wild releases them. I have to get them all. I loved the ones in this collection. It comes with 3 new trios and 3 old trios.

Camera Obscura comes with a matte light brown for the browbone, and light orange shade for the crease, and a dark blue. I found the colors in this trio to because extremely pretty. I love how the added the lighter shades with the dark blue. Plus the light orange shade gives a nice pop in the trio.

The colors were fairly pigmented and were not chalky at all. I felt like the the dark blue showed up as more of a black color then a blue color. I thought the brow bone shade was beautiful and I feel like I will use it a lot for just a everyday use.

I would give this palette a B. If the pigmentation was a little better it would have earned a A all the way!

  1. Pretty! It's a shame the blue looks black and loses it's shimmer when swatched. I find that to be the case with most dark/blackened WnW colors xx

    1. I know, I was hoping it would have appeared more like a navy :|

  2. At first glance the blue looks truly blue until you showed the swatch on your arm. It's interesting how some items are like that. I find that can happen with the color red as well. Where a lipstick says red but it may look red orange lol

  5. Hi! I find that if a color has a black base and shows up black, losing the color once on the lid, I put it over black eyeliner and it will "absorb" the black pigment and show the other color. Hope this helps. :)
