Essence 3D Eyeshadow Duo in Irresistible Caramel Cream

Hey everyone, today I have a review on a brand that I never purchased from before, but when I was at Ulta, I thought why not? So I picked up a few things from Essence Cosmetics. I ended up picking up a few lipsticks, a blush and this eyeshadow duo. This is the Essence Duo in Irresistible Caramel Cream. I always pass the Essence section at Ulta and I always thought everything looked so cute. So I just had to try a few things.

Irresistible Caramel Cream is a eyeshadow duo that comes with a beautiful shimmery egg shell color and also a shimmery medium brown. The eyeshadow its self does have a 3D effect to it. The cream color shade does have a little dome to it so it does raise higher then the brown shade. I thought the formula of the shadows were a little dry. They did swatch nicely, but they weren't buttery. They were more stiff, but like I said they did swatch nice. Both colors were not as pigmented as I hoped for and I think the cream color would be perfect to use to highlight the brow bone, and then the brown shade would be great for all over the lid.

One thing that I loved about this product was that it was super affordable. For the 3D duo is was only $3.49 which is such a great price. Overall I thought this was an ok duo. For being so cheap I think it was a really good deal, but I wish the colors were a little more pigmented.

Sonia Kashuk Quad in Textured Mauve

Hey everyone, today I have an exciting post on the Sonia Kashuk quad in Textured Mauve. I recently purchased this quad from Target for only about $4.00. I was super excited because I always wanted to try Sonia Kashuk eyeshadows, but they are usually extremely pricey for a drug store eyeshadow. So when I saw it was on clearance I just had to pick it up.

This quad comes with 4 colors (obviously) and the first two shades are matte, which I am literally in love with. The first color is more of a taupe purple shade and the second matte shade is more of a brown taupe color. Then for the bottom two shades we have a pretty shimmery purple/pink color, and then lastly we have a pink glittery eyeshadow. All 4 shades remind me of some of the colors in the Naked 3 palette, mainly because they all have that pretty rose type of under tone. I was extremely impressed with how buttery these eyeshadows were. I never felt such buttery eyeshadows in my life and I fell in love right away.

The pigmentation was perfect and the colors swatched so easily. They are not chalky at all and super easy to blend. I do not have anything bad to say about this quad. And I know for a fact I will be purchasing more of these!

Revlon Moisture Stain in Miami Fever

Hey everyone today I have a review on one of the Revlon Moisture Stains in Miami Fever. I've had this lip gloss for a while now, and I totally forgot to post my opinion on it, so I thought I would share it with you guys today. Since picking this one up months ago, I haven't tried any others yet, but I do have my eye on a few more colors.

Miami Fever is a beautiful redish orange shade. When applying this lipgloss for the first time, the first thing I noticed was how wet it was. It had a very cooling tingle to the lips and felt extremely wet. But it didn't wipe off. It just stayed put on your lips and did not feel sticky at all like most drug store lip glosses I own. As for a stain, I don't feel like it stained my lips. I mean this color was gone within two or three hours. So it didn't stain my lips too much.

As for the price these are normally between $8-$10 which is pretty pricey for a drug store lip gloss. I might try a few more like pink colors and see if I like them, since I do like the feeling of these on my lips. Have you guys tried these? If so what do you think of them?

Hard Candy Kaleyedescope Eye Shadow Duo in Daydream

Hey loves today I have a post on the Hard Candy Kaleyedescope eye shadow duo in Day Dream. I received this duo in my recent Boodle Box for August. I was super excited to see this duo in my box because the colors are so pretty. This is my first time ever trying one of these duo's and I am really impressed with the quality of the colors.

Day Dream comes with a beautiful silver color and a beautiful medium pink, which has a little bit of a lavender undertone. I love the packaging because it's simple, but I love the little design on the front. I also love the dome shape to the shadow. It has a baked texture, and it wasn't chalky at all. Also the colors were extremely pigmented. And a little goes a long way with this duo. I don't know if I will ever wear these shades together, but I can see my self using them individually. They are also super shimmery which makes this perfect for going out.

Overall I am super impressed and I will be purchasing more. They are only $6.00 and can be found at your local Walmart.

Wet N Wild Limited Edition Trio in Standing My Camp-Ground!

Hey everyone I have literally been on a roll lately with blog post so I am extremely proud of myself lol. Today I have a blog post on another one of the new limited edition Wet N Wild trio's. This one is in the shade Standing My Camp-Ground!, which is seriously one of the cutest names in the world. And since I will be going camping on Friday I wanted to post my swatches of this trio.

Standing My Camp-Ground! comes with a beautiful yellow/orange matte shade for the brownbone. Then it comes with a shimmery dark brown for the crease, and then a shimmery medium pink color for the eyelid. I thought the color pigmentation for this trio was much better then Sun-Set To See. I only had to swipe once or twice for each shade. The color pay off was amazing and the texture was buttery just like Sun-Set To See. After playing around with this trio, I actually like this trio much better then Sun-Set To See.

MAC Limited Edition Lipstick in Romantic Breakdown

Hey everyone today I have any exciting post on the new mystery collection from MAC. Now, thats not the name of the collection, but recently MAC released 4 new limited edition lipsticks out of the blue. There is no information on this collection and I believe it was just an Online Exclusive collection. It came with 3 matte lipsticks, and this one which is Romantic Breakdown which is a lustre finish. This collection also came with a beauty powder and I believe a few nail polishes and a veluxe pearlfusion eyeshadow palette. No one knows really any information regarding this collection. A lot of people said it wasn't supposed to leak, others say the collection will be posted again at the end of the month. I am not sure what is up with it. But with that being said, I did receive my lipstick today in the mail.

It's in the shade Romantic Breakdown and its just a very pretty nude/pink/peach color and I am seriously in love with it. I regret not getting a back up because the color is so pretty. I just wanted to post this quick to show you photos as well as a swatch of the lipstick. If you plan on using my photos for any reason, please properly credit me!

Easier Way To Sell Your Used Makeup!

Hey everyone I just wanted to let you guys in on this cool new website I came a crossed where you can sell your used makeup. The website is called Glambot. You can also buy makeup from this website as well and its all designer/high end. You can find a lot of limited edition MAC products on there as well which is super cool because I am always looking for limited edition products.

So the website is located here. If you were looking to sell some products, what you can do is go to the website and you can request a shipping label, and you can print it yourself and package up your products and send them in. Once they received your products they will send you an amount that they are willing to give you for your products and you can agree to the price. Which is super awesome and much easier to just get rid of everything all at once rather then having to ship everything separately.

If you are interested I highly recommend this site!

Limited Edition Wet N Wild Trio in Sun-Set to See

Hey everyone, if you have been following my blog for a while or even my Instagram you would know I am a huge Wet N Wild fan, so I was super excited when I saw they released 6 more trio's, which there trio's are my favorite, and my collector in me comes out right away and I knew I had to get them. I found them at Walgreens and I only picked up three for now, (which I hope I don't regret later on, but knowing me I most likely will, lol). The one thing that I love the most about these new trio's is that all of the names are summer time names which I loveeeeee!

This tiro is in the shade Sun-Set to See which is really so creative and really reminds me of the sunset. Also this trio has nothing but matte shades which I love. It comes with a light cream color, a medium brown color and also a beautiful orange. The color I was most impressed with was the orange because I do not have a orange like this in my collection and it truly is beautiful.

All three shades had an amazing buttery texture, but the pigmentation wasn't that great. For the cream color I really had to pack it on for it show up, (maybe because my skin tone is almost identical) and for the brown, I had to swipe on at least 3 layers to get really good color payoff. The orange wasn't as bad but still a lot of swiping. But overall I think this is a great trio for the summer and it would make such a beautiful summery sunset look.

I was able to snag this baby for 40% off so it was super affordable. You should be able to find this at your local Walgreens.
